2. The Service

Affiliate Info Hub provides a directory of affiliate programs, community reviews, and related tools for affiliates and merchants. We do not operate any of the listed affiliate programs and are not responsible for their terms, availability, or commission payments.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms.

5. User content

You retain ownership of reviews and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to display it on the Service. You must not submit false, defamatory, or misleading content. We may remove content that violates these terms at our discretion.

6. Prohibited use

• Scraping or automated access to the Service without permission.
• Submitting fake reviews or misleading program information.
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.

7. Accuracy of information

We strive to keep program details accurate but cannot guarantee that commission rates, cookie durations, or program availability are current. Always verify details directly with the affiliate program before promoting.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affiliate Info Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
